Issue
When a turnover in management personnel coincided with the go-live of a new accounting system, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute experienced a growing increase in accounts receivables. The new management staff had not been involved in setup decisions for the new, complex system, nor had they received adequate training.
Solution
DFCI called in PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist with AR recovery. In turn, PwC recommended Global Works to provide system expertise.
