- Create training timeline
- Develop training schedule

Billing Services Functional Assistance
- Assist in Billing Services function definition and build (flows, work queues, etc.)
- Building tables
- Researching regulations
- Assessing and designing workflows
- Setting up work queues
- Designing patient statements
- Defining dunning levels and collection processes
Physician Practice Functional Assistance
- Defining and creating Visit types
- Defining and creating blocked times (holds, meetings, sick time, vacations, etc.)
- Defining and creating schedule templates for provider efficiency and to meet patient volume requirements
