GE Centricity Business




Virtual Support Services (VSS) is a new service offering for our Practice Management customers - particularly, GE Centricity Business Solutions/Flowcast customers. VSS combines the outstanding talent of Global Works applications and technical resources to deliver remote resourcing for a variety of customer needs.
What is Virtual Support?

Global Works can now leverage decades of experience with the GE Centricity Business Solutions/Flowcast modules with the technology and infrastructure to meet a variety of remote resourcing needs. Our Virtual Support Solutions team serves the needs of a variety of circumstances for our customers, such as:
  • Organizations seeking interim staffing while recruiting for permanent employees
  • Organizations seeking expertise for a particular project or initiative not available internally
  • Organizations needing to direct primary resources towards other initiatives, such as system migrations, and outsource legacy system support
  • Organizations that do not have the bandwidth to accomplish required effort against limited timelines
Service Offerings

Our VSS team can provide variable levels of support to your organization, depending on your needs. Operating within negotiated service level agreements, and using status and management reporting tools, we ensure we deliver on your expectations.
