Virtual Support Services (VSS) is a new remote service offering for our clinical customers running GE Centricity EMR or Allscripts Touchworks solutions. (VSS) combines the outstanding talent of Global Works applications and technical resources to deliver remote resourcing for Help Desk-level support.
The VSS team can function as an important link between you and your systems vendor, to help troubleshoot, diagnose and report issues and ensure timely efficient vendor follow-up.

What is Virtual Support?
Global Works can now leverage extensive technology and infrastructure experience with the GE Centricity EMR and Allscripts Touchworks solutions to meet your Help Desk needs.
Operating within negotiated service level agreements and using status and management reporting tools, we ensure we deliver on your expectations.
As our VSS customer base continues to grow, we will facilitate collaboration with peers and colleagues in the community that confront the same issues and challenges that you do.

Service Offerings
Our VSS team can serve as your internal Help Desk either on a short-term basis, or a long-term basis, depending on your needs:
- Ongoing Help Desk Support - providing daily support for your users while your team can concentrate on other key initiatives and projects
- Post-Live Support - providing daily support for your users 60-90 days following activation so that your team can concentrate on continued roll-out or other areas of focus
