Product Overview
The Global Works Data Exchange is a fully automated solution designed to retrieve business critical data from practice management systems, transform the data and load it into a relational database where it can be accessed by data warehouse and business intelligence tools. Through an end user interface, data is selected and scheduled for easy transfer from the transactional system to the relational database. Schedules are set in advance allowing full automation of the system and ensuring the integrity of reporting on the relational platform.
The Data Exchange provides ETL for the GE Scheduling, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Managed Care, Accounts Payable, Transaction Editing System, Security Plus and Visit Management applications.
Business Drivers
Many organizations are staffed with smart, competent professionals who provide excellent service to their customers. Despite this, their customers often form negative impressions due to that other member of the staff - "the system." If your paper communication system is not presenting a professional and consistent image, FLS can help you present your organization in a better light.
Maintenance of the content, formatting and business logic for forms and letters is time consuming work that requires technical expertise in a number of different tools.
The demands of regulatory compliance increase with each passing year. From maintenance of codes on fee tickets to mandated language and formatting on patient and member notifications, the content control and audit/edit history of FLS will assist you in managing your documents for optimum compliance.
